The art room is in the year 7 building. This room is medium sized. Some of the

best pupils' works are put up in the classroom. There are some sinks where we clean our brushes when we do some painting.  There is a big shelf at the back of the class where we put our art folders away.The chairs are placed in a square. In the second part of the classroom there is a little room where we put away our felt pens and  all the painting boxes, the pupils' work and some paper. The board is white and very large, The teacher shows us how we can draw some pictures.This is the coldest room of the school mainly in Winter. Sometimes, we don't go in this room for the art lessons, but we go in the computer lab.

Technology Room Presentation

Hello, I’m going to present the technology room to you today.  

We have one technology room for all the 10th grade students. In the technology room there are 5 computers connected to the central server. The teachers control the central server so that they can know what we are doing.

Next to the technology room we have a workshop where we build projects. The last project was to build an electronic car. In technology class we learn how a business, Internet and computers work.  When we go onto the Internet we visit sites to take information and present it to the class.  In the class we have an electronic board so that the teachers can show us what to do when the work is complicated.

In the school we also have two computer rooms in which there are 32 computers connected to the same server and each student can have his own computer.  Each room has an electronic board.  We often use these rooms in technology, science and art classes because the electronic board makes it easier for the teachers.

We’d like to present  you the office of Mrs

Charluteau who is responsible for  what we call " la vie scolaire".

She is the main supervisor in our school.

This room is an office but it’s also a sickbay; 

 when we are sick or hurt, we can go there.

 If we don’t recover, Mrs Charluteau phones our      parents.                      

      

           

In one corner, there is a photocopier; when a student is missing his correspondant must come here to make a copy of the lessons so that he can then catch up on the work he has missed.

     

Also, there is  Mrs Charluteau's  desk,

where all the students are recorded in some index-files.

       
 In the center of the room, there is

 an orange sofa, for the sick students

 who need to lie down.

We have a cafeteria with a self-service. Every day we have our meals according to the sittings and we enter by year by year. We can choose among three starters, one cheese or yoghurt, two or three desserts and two hot dishes. If we do not show our canteen card we are forced to eat at the last sitting and have to clean the cafeteria. We have a bottle of water  per table of four which we can fill at the water fountain. When we have finished, we put our trays  away on the conveyor belt and we go out to the playground. The trays are then removed and cleaned .
